This course surveys the outreach of the Christian movement from apostolic times to the present. Analysis and evaluation of the relationships between the Christian mission and secular and ecclesiastical cultures are included.

Introduction to World Christian Missions (2 hours) William Taylor, Ph.D.
An introductory survey of theology, history, culture, politics and methods of the Christian mission. Special emphasis is placed on recent developments, crucial issues and future trends. The course ends with a study of missions in the local church.
