Seminary on the Go with iTunes U Wouldn't it be great if you could catch up on your seminary classes while you were jogging? Now you can! The Reformed Theological Seminary Virtual Campus offers free, downloadable course material via iTunes University (iTunes U). In addition to chapel messages, promotional video clips, and special event recordings like the Westminster Confession for Today conference, you can download lectures from any of our degree program’s required seminary courses, and many electives. iTunes works best with an Apple iPod digital media player, but you can download the lectures from the iTunes client and upload them to any digital audio player that supports the MP3 format. If you don't have an MP3 player, you can use Apple’s iTunes software to play the lectures on your desktop or notebook computer. In addition to providing access to seminary materials on iTunes U, the Apple iTunes store offers more than 5 million songs, 100,000 free podcasts, 27,000 audiobooks, television shows, and movies. The iTunes software itself is also free and can be downloaded from our seminary’s iTunes U site, http://itunes.rts.edu/. It is our hope that these course materials from Reformed Theological Seminary will be a great blessing to those who are not presently able to commit to our online degree program. We expect that they will also be useful for those who want to get an early start on a seminary course that they are planning on taking for credit. When you register to take the course for credit, you will receive a materials CD containing the latest versions of the lectures, a digital course notebook, and access to any interactive features that the course may offer. For credit purposes, you should always use the version of the materials on the CD when enrolled in seminary courses.
